Despite the now illegal suit, there are several things to be observed in this video.  What can you pick out that sets this swim apart from your technique (or things that you’ve heard your coaches talk about when drilling or discussing your swim at a meet)?  Can you find at least three things?

And how EXCITED are those announcers?  I wish I knew what they were saying.
